FREE exhibition of adaptive tennis to showcase the power of potential possibilities and how tennis can be a pathway for healing.

Hello :

Thanks to the staff at Quince Orchard Swim and Tennis Club, the VA, Walter Reed, the Soldiers in Transition Brigade and our other collaborative groups for the support of Adaptive Tennis US.  In conjunction with National Tennis Month, we are holding a FREE exhibition of adaptive tennis to showcase the power of potential possibilities and how tennis can be a pathway for healing. It will be held on Saturday 5/28/22 10-12 noon with the breakdown as follows:

   

10-10:30am  pro exhibition match :  Uros Petronijevic  ( ex ATP player) vs Bear Lee (D3 collegiate player Whitman College)
10:30-11 am : Richard Herkowitz vs. Ken ( Rocket) Rodriguez
11-12 noon : Hybrid Doubles match

Orchard Swim and Tennis Club

Gaithersburg MD 20878

When:

May 28th – SATURDAY
10AM – 12 noon

We hope to have the full support of the USTA, additionally we hope to have media coverage of the event so that we may show the public the value of tennis to the adaptive athlete and how individuals may reach their potential regardless of perceived “limitations”.
